The spacious living room and dining room is located on the upper level and opens onto two walkout terraces with stunning views. Amenities include a 55” LED TV, Bose sound system, and office area. A State of the art Kitchen is fully equipped with brushed stainless steel appliances housed in Miele cabinets with extensive granite work tops. Choose to dine in either the indoor formal dining room or outdoors on the large deck near the gorgeous infinity pool in front of the main house.

There are a total of SEVEN BEDROOMS and six bathrooms on two levels, most with lovely sea views. On the upper level there are three bedrooms: The Grand Master Bedroom with en suite marble bath, and a large private terrace. There are also two guest bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower level has four additional bedrooms which includes a Master Bedroom with an en suite bath, a two bedroom Family Suite each with en suite baths – a seventh bedroom is located in a separate studio apartment with a private entrance, terrace and kitchenette All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, fans and LED TV and DVD players.

Outside, there is a gracious 28’ x 69’ INIFINITY EDGE POOL spilling over into the Caribbean Sea and an ocean front Jacuzzi. Access to the ocean is either off the private dock, down a half dozen steps to the seasonal private cove or via short boat rides or walks to nearby beaches.
