THE RICKETTSLUXURY EXPERIENCE starts from the moment that a guest or travel professional sends an email or makes a phone call to our office.
As much criteria for a wonderful holiday is gleaned from the communications. Our team then matches the guest to the villa as closely as possible. Once the guest books the villa, enclave or estate our team works along with the client or their representative to take the experience to the highest possible level and leaves no stone unturned. We research and respond to every guest request to meet the required expectation.
That may mean killing the fatted calf (literally) for a beach barbecue; or organizing an advance visit by a tycoon’s IT expert so that he can fully secure the villa’s Wi-Fi; or getting out of bed at 3:30 a.m. to rescue guests who over-celebrated and need the concierge to drive their rental car back to their villa (which means also rousing the concierge’s wife to drive a backup car to get him back home).
Upon arrival every guest is greeted at the airport or seaport by one of our staff here in Anguilla. They are placed in a waiting taxi and followed to their property. There they receive a total orientation of their accommodations and the island of Anguilla as a whole. Our concierge staff are available to answer questions 24/7 and nothing is too much trouble.
